MFT’s Impresso Labeler and Friction Feeder system makes use of a highly innovative labeler design, utilizing a friction feeder in a compact configuration for easy mobility. Additionally, the system’s highly adaptable software package ensures flexible and precise control. With its use of infrared sensor technology, this system also allows for accurate count using double-detect and overlap detection. The Impresso Labeler and Friction Feeder System employs single-sided controls, which provide for exceptionally efficient operation, and the system’s performance is also designed for long production runs. Its small and compact design is versatile, being able to handle up to a 20” diameter roll of labels; 4” wide, or up to 8” labels as an option available for addition. Not only is the Impresso Labeler and Friction Feeder System highly efficient and effective, but it is also remarkably easy and versatile to interface using standard industry compliant connectors.
