Compact and Adaptable, no Limit on Product Size
The Open Frame Discharge is designed for tipping (or onserting) small format product on high-speed folder/gluers such as Bobst, Heidelberg, Signature and other folder/gluers with top and bottom belts that are used to form boxes. Adding a small insert to a small box can be challenging because you need to maintain control of the box using the top and bottom belts of the folder/gluer which is spatially difficult. The open discharge is a narrow discharge that allows you to hold products that can be wider than the discharge and can reach from above the top pull-down belts of the folder/gluer to the box that is controlled in the folder/gluer. The open discharge allows for high-performance tipping and in some cases can run at 30,000 boxes per hour or faster while maintaining accuracy.
