Dispense and wrap, also known as wrap-around labeling, is the ideal solution for labeling cylindrical products of various sizes, such as cans, bottles, jars, containers and more. As products move down the line on a conveyor belt, hugger belts gently rotate the product. The labeler dispenses a label off a peel plate and adheres it to the rotating product.  The label wraps around the product and is fully secured as it is rolled on the system’s foam wall.  Dispense and wrap labeling is the most efficient and accurate way to label cylindrical products.

Modular in design, the MFT Wrap Around Labeling System is designed for flexible assembly to fit almost any unique product specifications and needs. The system is compatible with any of the MFT Labelers for high performance labeling, including the MFT Impresso series, and High-Speed Modular series. The versatile design handles up to a 20” diameter roll of labels; 4”, 8”, or 12” wide available.
