High-Speed Printing with Automated Verification and Rejection
The Print Verify and Reject (PVAR) System condenses the printing and verification process into one high-speed system. After being fed from one of MFT Automation’s robust ip3 series Friction Feeder, products are transported via Vacuum Track Conveyor to an integrated print system. Choose from a wide range of high-speed print systems to fit your product material and printing methods. MFT Automation also offers high-quality vision systems for reliable verification of printed text, barcodes, and more. If the print quality does not meet standards the product is automatically sent to a reject bin for further manual inspection and processing. The entire process takes seconds and a Down Stacker collects the next batch while the finished batch is being delivered for operator removal to maximize throughput.
