The High-Speed Collator System utilizes multiple ip3 series Friction Feeders with Automatic Drop Tables that drop batches of products on the moving conveyor. The Collator conveyor features lugs that straighten the collated product stack as it is transported down the conveyor. Modular in design, the High-Speed Collator System is expandable to accommodate any number of friction feeders and Automatic Drop Tables. The versatile High Speed Collator System has many applications as it can easily be integrated with wrappers, cartoners, banders, padders, and baggers.
