MFT Automation’s Vacuum Track Conveyor (VTC) is the ideal platform for high-speed tipping. These conveyors are designed for easy integration with our friction feeders and high-speed labelers. The linear mounting bars provide quick mounting of optional components such as inkjet or laser coders, scanners, hot foil stamp, vision systems, folding plows, hole punch, tape, and hot melt adhesive applicators. The VTC conveyor system is available in both enclosed and open versions depending on your needs. It is also available as a single full-width belt or with individual belt tracks which come in 1, 2, 3- and 4-meter lengths. The VTC conveyor can be easily moved to feed other equipment with the “roll up package” that is a standard feature. The system can be fitted with a reject on error package to ensure quality and reduce downtime. The Active Count Guarantee feature can track the completed pieces, account for the rejected items, and ensure that each set contains the correct quantity.
