In industrial automated tipping, a common challenge is matching the product spacing of the base product and the tipping product. MFT Automation’s Feeder and Driven Discharge System is part of the solution. After being fed, the Driven Discharge controls the speed and spacing of the tipping products to match the spacing of the moving base products. This improves accuracy by eliminating the stopping and starting of intermittent feeding. Smooth continuous product flow requires only micro-corrections from our Accutipping software as the product is tipped for the most precise placement possible.
