Enhance a card line with MFT Automation’s in-line discharge encoding module. Placed in the discharge section of a Friction Feeder, CR80 magnetic stripes are automatically encoded with customer serial data while part of an MFT Perfect Affixing system. Combining these applications saves an additional stage and adds the security of encoding data immediately before placement on the finished product. Customer CR80 cards can be run in-line with the magnetic stripe facing upward or downward, on the right or left. This encoder device is just one more application that is allowing MFT Automation to become a greater systems provider and consolidate customer processes.
