Multifeeder’s Vacuum Track Conveyor (VTC) is the ideal platform for high-speed tipping. These conveyors are designed for easy integration with our friction feeders and high-speed labelers. The linear mounting bars provide quick mounting of optional components such as inkjet or laser coders, scanners, hot foil stamp, vision systems, folding plows, hole punch, tape, and hot melt adhesive applicators. The VTC conveyor belt system is available in both enclosed and open versions depending on your needs. The VTC is available in 1, 2, 3- and 4-meter lengths. The VTC conveyor belt roller can be easily moved to feed other equipment with the “roll up package” that is a standard feature. The system can be fitted with a reject on error package to ensure quality and reduce downtime. The Active Count Guarantee feature can track the completed pieces, account for the rejected items, and ensure that each set contains the correct quantity. The base feeder can be programmed to feed sets of product in uniform spacing. The tipping feeder can place one or more products consistently onto the base products. Secondary operations can add value to the job allowing a single run to save costs.
